Completed a major redevelopment project in Versova, a bustling coastal neighborhood in Mumbai. The project involved the construction of a sleek and modern 20-story building that offers residential apartments.

The building's design was inspired by the vibrant energy and culture of Versova, and we aimed to create a structure that seamlessly blends with its surroundings while also providing a distinctive and eye-catching presence in the area. The upper floors of the building contain spacious and well-appointed apartments, designed to offer panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Each apartment is outfitted with the latest technology and high-end finishes, including smart home features and top-of-the-line appliances.

To create a sense of community within the building, we also included a range of communal amenities, such as a rooftop garden, fitness centre, and lounge area, providing residents with ample opportunities for relaxation and socialising.
