UNDER THE MANGO TREE

Under The Mango Tree is a 5500 Sq Ft house. The length of the house is covered with a continuous steel roof and cladded with teak wood battens which is just over a 100 ft. 

Built for Walia Impex and designed by Architect Nishita Kamdar from Studio Nishita Kamdar. The studio conceptualised the design to offer the clients unobstructed views of their sprawling farm from any location in the house. The idea was romanticising what the clients loved most; their morning tea whilst lounging in their living. The project gets its name from the large Mango tree under which the house is constructed
